Brunch in Temecula, Ca

Sometimes it’s hard to get up early, especially after enjoying a late night out with friends and family. But what happens if you wake up famished and missed breakfast? Luckily, that’s when brunch comes into play. Typically served between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., brunch is available at many spots all across the country. If you’re in the Temecula, California, area, check out these fantastic brunch spots.

Creekside Grille

At Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards on Rancho California Road, the Creekside Grille is open for brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy a variety of stations, including omelets, waffles, seafood, carving, and dessert. The price of the buffet is a flat cost, but those who are members of the winery’s wine club receive a discount. You can also opt for the buffet and unlimited sparkling wine. There is a two-hour dining limit during the buffet.

You must make reservations if your party consists of 11 people or more. The restaurant is open rain or shine, and if the weather cooperates, you can sit outside near the grapevines on the covered patio.

Toast

Located on Temecula Parkway, Toast is a brunch spot open seven days a week that specializes in made-from-scratch food. Try its crab cake Benedict, with house-made crab cakes, capers, poached eggs, and classic hollandaise sauce. Another option is its corned beef hash, which consists of house-cured corned beef, rosemary potatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, Brussels sprouts, and two eggs. You could also opt for a flight of beer and bacon. This brunch spot, which began service in 2017, also serves cocktails, including an espresso martini, and Bloody Marys.

1909 Temecula

A sister restaurant to Toast, 1909 Temecula opened its doors in 2014 and pays homage to the Machado building where the restaurant and bar currently reside. Today, the building serves as a place where you can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, craft beer, and unique food offerings. Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Try the chorizo skillet, watermelon roasted beet salad, or bison burger, which are among the many offerings. The brunch menu has an entire page dedicated to brunch drinks, including the classic Bloody Mary, cantaloupe sangria, and Mexican coffee.

You can enjoy your food and beverages on the huge patio or sit inside and enjoy a pub-like atmosphere. If you want to bring your canine companion, 1909 Temecula offers recycled disposable dog bowls, and you can purchase chicken breast, burger patty, boneless rib eye steak, or pupcakes (mini cupcakes for your dog).

When in the Temecula area, make it a priority to check out one of these stellar brunch places. Whether you’re in the mood to eat near grapevines, to talk with your friends over a few specialty brunch cocktails, or to bring your dog with you, Temecula has you covered.
